INKreations Blog Hop-september 2015

It’s the 1st of September and I’m excited to be back with another Inkreators Blog Hop.   If you’ve hopped on over from the lovely Lauren Matthews at Love Life Lauren then I’m sure you’re already inspired but if you’re starting here then welcome.

This month  features our favourite products from the Holiday Catalogue which goes live today.  I’m sure you will fall in love with some of the beautiful holiday products as you hop along today.  Make sure you have pen and paper handy so you can start a wish list of your own.

There are so many fabulous products available in this catalogue I really had trouble deciding which ones to use.  I finally settled on the “Oh, What Fun Tag Kit” and coordinating stamp set.  I love Stampin’ Up! kits – everything you need is right there at your finger tips so you can get straight down to crafting.

This gorgeous kit makes 3o tags – 3 each of 10 designs and features Mint Macaron, Real Red and Garden Green as the coordinating colours.  I think the Mint Macaron and Real Red will be my go to colours this festive season.

Not only will these tags work perfectly with your Christmas present wrapping they’d also make quick last minute gifts for friends and family.  I’ve whipped up a small box using my Gift Box Punch Board and embellished the front using one of the gold glitter snowflakes from the kit and the  Merry Wishes stamp from the coordinating stamp set.  One full set of 10 tags fits perfectly in the box.

The great thing about these tags is that they make wonderful additions to other types of packaging.  Here’s one paired with one of the cute dotty glassine bags – filled with lollies of course.   These will make perfect gifts for the kids teachers at the end of the school year.

Here’s a pic of my two extra projects together.  The different options for using the kit are endless I’m sure you can come up with lots more or your own.

I hope you’ve enjoyed my take on this gorgeous kit and are inspired to try it for yourself.   Now it’s time to hop on over to Laura and see what she has in store for you.
